SECOND NOTICE, PROXY, & BUDGET of the 2022 Annual Meeting

Greetings Allegheny Springs Owners –
CLICK HERE for the second notice and proxy for the upcoming Annual Meeting that is being held on Friday, August 5th, 2022 at 5:00pm in the Williams Conference Room. The conference room is located on the basement level of Allegheny Springs. If you are planning to attend the meeting in person, please RSVP at your earliest opportunity so that we can ensure that there is adequate seating available.
Please send your executed proxy to email@example.com at your earliest opportunity, even if you are planning to attend the meeting in person. We encourage all owners to send in your proxy in advance of the meeting so that we can ensure that we will have a quorum of at least 20% of the ownership as required by the governing documents. Without a quorum, the meeting cannot take place. You can return your proxy electronically by scanning it to firstname.lastname@example.org or via USPS to The Allegheny Springs Condominium Association, PO Box 1227, Elkins, WV 26241.
Although there is a seven-member Board of Directors, only 4 seats are up for election this year: 2 residential seats and 2 commercial seats (see communication below further explaining current term limits for each seat on the Board). Elections for each class are handled separately (residential unit owners only participate in the residential seat elections and commercial unit owners only participate in the commercial seat elections).
The proposed FY2022-2023 budget will be presented to the ownership for ratification. If you have questions regarding the proposed budget, we encourage you to send them to Katie Bright (email@example.com) and me in advance so that we can ensure a concise meeting on the 5th while providing detailed responses to your questions.
Owners who are unable to attend the meeting in person will be able to view the meeting presentation virtually. Credentials were sent to all owners via email and should not be shared with any individuals who are not unit owners in Allegheny Springs. Please note that we will not be accepting votes via virtual meeting, so be sure to send in your proxy in advance of the meeting if you will not be physically present.
