About Us

The Allegheny Springs Condominium Association is located in Pocahontas County, West Virginia, atop Snowshoe Mountain. Situated in the heart of Snowshoe Village, this luxurious condominium consists of 145 residential units, an on-site spa, restaurants, adventure center, conference center, and 24-hour on-site staff. Other amenities include a fitness center, ski locker and bike storage, pool, hot tub, majestic hearth room, and bell/valet service. Just steps from the Ballhooter lift, Allegheny Springs offers premier ski-in/ski-out lodging with spectacular views of the Allegheny Mountains. 

 

Association members pay monthly assessments based on unit size which include water/sewer service, telephone and internet service, trash service, and bell/valet and concierge services. Assessments also pay for the following expenses: landscape maintenance, pool and hot tub maintenance, water and electricity for the common elements, liability insurance for the common areas, Director’s & Officer’s insurance, professional management, legal fees, snow removal, reserve funding, and the Snowshoe Mountain Assessment. Click here for a more complete list of expenses as outlined in the current Budget for this fiscal year.
