The pool and hot tub, located in the gated Courtyard, is heated year-round and available to owners and guests of Allegheny Springs. You can also enjoy the outdoor fire pit located to the north of the pool. 

 

    

  

The Fitness Center, located in Phase 2, contains multiple pieces of workout equipment including a multi-station, free weights, and various cardio equipment. After a long workout, relax in the sauna, also located in the Fitness Center. Shower facilities are also available. 

 

    

Ski Locker Room & Bike Storage

Grab your gear from the Ski Locker Room located on the Basement level of Phase 2 before hitting the slopes. 

 

 

Included in your HOA assessments, Allegheny Springs offers a 24-hour front desk with a staff ready to answer any questions and assist with any needs. 

 

 

Leave the parking and luggage to the bell/valet staff. Allegheny Springs is the only Village property with this 5-star amenity.

Cheat Mountain Pizza serves pizza, calzones, pasta, hoagies, grinders, salads, cocktails, and a large selection of craft beer. Their twelve TVs provide entertaining atmosphere and their TO GO and delivery options with Cheat Mountain Pizza Carry-Out bring you ultimate convenience.

 

 

The Draft House, located behind the Courtyard, exclusively serves West Virginia craft brews on twelve rotating taps. Take your favorite brew back to your condo in one of their 32 oz. crowlers and don't forget to stop by for Happy Hour from 5:00pm-7:00pm daily with $2 off pints. 

 

 

The Mountain Adventure Center, aka "The MAC," ain't your mama's retail shop! Located slopeside in Phase 2, the MAC offers the latest and greatest hard goods and accessories from your favorite ski & board vendors like Salomon, Volkl, HEAD, Burton, Never Summer, Ride, Smith, Giro, and all the bling to go with it! The MAC is also home to the largest demo center in the region! Come on in and demo the latest equipment to rip up the mountain! Find something you like? Check out their TRY BEFORE YOU BUY program! They'll even take 1 day of your demo rental cost off the purchase of a new set of skis or board package!
